I tried this recipe yesterday and I was really impressed. Not only is it quick and easy, it also looks as though you put a lot of effort into it. This is great for Christmas entertaining and I cannot wait to tweak this recipes and add other yummy substitutes for the strawberries.
I made this for a party of 10 so I doubled all the ingredients. Only criticism is that the cream didn’t firm as I would have liked and as the night wore on, its consistency wasn’t great. So that may present a problem if you don’t want to serve all the desserts immediately.
