It is kinda hard to believe that we at the end of February already. It seems that just yesterday we were starting the year. However, 8 Mondays in and my 7 for Seven gratitude practice has slowly but surely begun changing my view of the beginning of the week.
…every Monday, we post seven positives from the previous seven days of the week as a reminder of what we have so that the week starts out on an upswing. There is much truth in the belief that happy people attract good things, so it is important to start the week out right. Sometimes it’s the more grand, but other times, it’s the simple things.
~ Key + Arrow
7 for Seven originated at Key + Arrow and I think being thankful for all the goodness in my life has been the best way to start my week. So much so Mondays are becoming one of my favourite days of the week. I love reminding myself how much I have to be thankful for.
So here are my 7 positives for this week:
My hope is that by turning my focus to all that I have to be grateful for at the start of my work week, by sowing my own seeds of faith and gratitude, I can carry with me and reap the rewards of “positivity + balance + bliss” throughout the days ahead.
What are you grateful for this week? Please feel free to share below.
I really want to start doing this! Maybe not as a blogpost at first but at least via journaling. Do you make a daily note to remind yourself come Monday or just look back?

I make a daily note at the end of the day and then I just put it all together in a Monday post. It is a great reminder of the week past. It really has helped to put things in perspective for me.
I’m sure it provides a focus for “looking on the bright side”
This is a fun concept! Mondays are struggle days for us! Will have to look into how this works – we will try anything to make Mondays more enjoyable & it sounds like you have found what works for you!

Thank you for returning the visit and the follow 🙂
We might start getting into the 7 for seven but not actually post them on our blog. It’s a great “habit” to get into!!
