One of my favourite pieces captured while in London, back in April. With just a few lines, shapes and the simple gesture of the two figures from different backgrounds, street artist Stik is able to highlight the on-going issue of immigration in the UK…and if we’re being honest…it’s applicable in other parts of the world as well.
Stik’s figures, however, are a nod to the acceptance, tolerance and unity that (can?) exists in the UK and the world over.
Emerson once said, that “”every wall is a door.” It could not be more true for this gem I noticed tucked in a wall at Bishops Palace in Wells when I visited back in April. Here’s to finding inspiration everywhere.
