7 for Seven

Let’s face it // Mondays stink. Or at least we typically expect them to stink. That is why, every Monday, we post seven positives from the previous seven days of the week as a reminder of what we have so that the week starts out on an upswing. There is much truth in the belief that happy people attract good things, so it is important to start the week out right. Sometimes it’s the more grand, but other times, it’s the simple things. ~ Key + Arrow

Progress is slow but it’s happening, I’m beginning to see a change in my negative mindset about Mondays. 7 for Seven originated at Key + Arrow and I think being thankful for all the goodness in my life has been the best way to start my week so far for 2014.

Here is my 7 positives for Chocolate Hangover Week:

7 for Seven week 6

“The gardener goes forth in faith to sow his seeds. He has learned that as he sows, so shall he reap… If we can conceive only a little good, that is as much as we can experience. We must instill into the mind the fundamental proposition that good is without bounds. Let us realize and work with this sound knowledge and perfect faith: That as high as we shall make our mark in Mind and Spirit, so high shall be Its outward manifestation in our material world.” – Ernest Holmes

My hope is that by turning my focus to all that I have to be grateful for at the start of the week, by sowing my own seeds of faith and gratitude, I can carry with me and reap the rewards of “positivity + balance + bliss” throughout the days ahead.

What are you grateful for this week? Please feel free to share below.

Here’s to a productive week ahead!

great list – and glad the team is accepting – and well, I really loved #2 on the list ….. I am learning to identify more and more stars and constellations too – and so congrats on finding Betelgeuse (which I heard is the 9th brightest star in the sky – woo hoo)
