    I see the pics are taken in Tobago – somewhere up North? I know Tobago well and I don’t recognize that view…

      That’s the jetty off of little Tobago…and you are right the view is of Speyside and Goat Island. And the sunset was on Stone Haven Beach. This is amazing that you know Tobago so well. I love this blogging community!

          Trini but I love Tobago. And I was fortunate enough to do some bird watching while I was there in June.

            So sad that the Bird of Paradise no longer exists – it was wiped out by a hurricane some decades ago. I did see a stuffed Bird of Paradise in the museum at the Fort in Scarborough……
